Bennie Thompson voted FOR cap and trade bill
Rep. Bennie Thompson, who represents Warren County in the U. S. House of Representatives, voted "aye" on the cap and trade bill, which has been described as the biggest tax increase in the history of the USA.

well he returns to th state he needs to explain why he voted for Cap and Trade. Did he read the legislation?
Well, of course, he did. Can't think of what's good for his state. Just do what his party tells him to do.
